Marketing Associate/Manager 

Key Tasks 

  •       Set overall marketing strategy and plan in line with WG’s future vision.
  •       Manage all of WG’s social media platforms including content curation on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
  •       Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all WG product lines.
  •       Closely monitor Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Crazy Egg and Facebook insights to generate interest and convert leads.
  •       Setting marketing strategy and plans in line with future vision of WG.
  •       Plan and write WG’s monthly newsletters and ad-hoc announcements.
  •       Manage WG’s blog including the blog schedule, contributors and contributing with writing, editing when needed.
  •       Plan and execute YouTube informational videos to engage clients and differentiate WG’s offering.
  •       Maintain up to date marketing literature WG-wide including flyers, brochures, etc.
  •       Plan, implement and monitor the results of marketing events (sponsored events, marketing booths, journey info sessions, outings, reunions, etc) to engage our clients and customer base in all key markets.


Prerequisites
  •       2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role
  •       Passionate about the outdoors and improving customer experience
  •       Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  •       Self-motivated and target-oriented
  •       Hard working, punctual and adheres to strict deadlines
  •       A resourceful individual who is able to think on their feet and solve problems

Corporate Sales & Business Development Associate

 

Key Tasks

A.    Sales & Marketing:

Work on a sales and a marketing strategy to achieve agreed upon quarterly and annual targets, for the team building and product development via the following activities:

  • Generate new leads to boost sales and widen our market reach (E.g. Cold calls, personal networks, networking events, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain the existing client database & build long-term relationships, with a view to generate sales and increase repeat business.
  • Build partnerships with different stakeholders to create a steady flow of corporate projects and revenue stream. (E.g. Partnerships with event management companies to be one of their trusted team building suppliers).
  • Attend relevant events to promote our product portfolio and distribute our marketing materials.
  • Manage the online presence; Website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Newsletters.
  • Design and execute marketing campaign and events to boost our market presence, generate more leads and clients.

B.    Event Management & On Ground Execution:

Act as a project leader during on-ground execution of corporate programs; team buildings and development, via handling the following:

  • Preparing Contracts, Payment Terms & Conditions while supervising on time frames.
  • Planning and leading events from A to Z including managing facilitators hiring, appraisal, training and responsibilities during events.
  • Manage supplier relationships to achieve the highest quality and service in the market.
  • Logistics and event plan as agreed per client/project.
  • Creating an event operation calendar.
  • Site inspection visits to finalize the event’s setup plan and group’s flow within the assigned area.
  • Work with the finance department in all matters pertaining to budget and forecasting, while keeping costs and quality at optimum levels.
  • Manage and report on the budget and actual cost of any event with an eye on keeping costs and quality at an optimum level.
  • Interview facilitators as per the division’s business needs.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with proven track record.
  • Experience in the field of learning and development is a plus.
  • Passionate about the outdoors and improving customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Key Tasks

A.    Sales:

  • Generate new leads to boost sales and widen our market reach (e.g. Cold calls, personal networks, networking events, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and increase client loyalty.
  • Answering all client inquiries and questions.
  • Build partnerships with different stakeholders to create a steady flow of projects and revenue stream. (e.g. Partnerships with real estate developers to provide sponsored community day camps to kids)

B.    Marketing:

Market Muricata’s yearly calendar to achieve annual targets via the following activities: 

  • Manage all of Muricata’s social media platforms with content contribution and management including Facebook, twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Plan and write Muricata’s monthly newsletters and ad-hoc announcements.
  • Plan and execute Muricata’s digital marketing strategies and campaigns including campaigns in collaboration with marketing, as well as monitor data for insights
  • Attend marketing events to promote Muricata’s brand and products.
 

C.    Event Execution:

Act as a project leader during on-ground execution of Muricata’s camps via handling the following:

  • Logistics and event plan as agreed per client/project.
  • Site inspection visits to finalize the camp’s setup plan and group’s flow as per the itinerary.
  • Work with the finance department in all matters pertaining to budget and forecasting, while keeping cost and quality at optimum levels.
