WHAT IS WALK 'N' YOGA?

On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, Wild Guanabana is inviting you to connect with nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spend your weekend in the great outdoors enjoying a short hike and a relaxing yoga session. Walking, breathing and taking in your surroundings is a powerful way to keep you centred and recharging your energy for the start of the new week.
