In light of the current C0VID-19 outbreak, we are constantly monitoring the situation world wide and following any updates regarding travel. Since the situation changes very rapidly and it is getting impossible to predict what can happen, we made some amendments to our cancellation policy to be more flexible for our travelers and to take into consideration any bans or restrictions made from host countries because of that. Please see the amendments below in red:
Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a trip will result in retention of funds by Wild Guanabana as follows:
* A non refundable admin fee of $100 is automatically deducted upon booking any trip and regardless of any cancellations
* Upon receipt of written cancellation by any member of the
trip 45 days (now 30 days) or longer prior to departure, 25% of the total trip price of the

package price refunded.
* If a cancellation is received at least 21 days (now 14 days) and up to 45 days (now 29 days) prior to departure, 50% of the package price will be retained by Wild Guanabana (this includes the $100 admin fees)
* If a cancellation is received less than 21 days (now 14 days) prior to departure, 100% of the total package price will be retained by Wild Guanabana and all outstanding payments will become payable immediately.
* Wild Guanabana reserves the right to terminate, at their discretion and with immediate effect, the participation of any person on the trip with the aforementioned policy applicable.
* In the case of Force Majeure such as the destination country closing off its borders or banning certain people from entering (because of a crisis and nothing visa related), the client is entitled to a full refund minus the $100 non refundable admin fees that is automatically deducted once a booking has been made.
